For Noah Steppe, JETTI was never just a startup idea.
It was a problem he had lived.
By the age of 19, Noah had accumulated two felony convictions and found himself facing the reality that millions of Americans experience every day: once the system labels you, opportunities begin disappearing.
Applications went unanswered. Doors closed before conversations could even begin. Employers saw a background check before they saw work ethic. Landlords saw a record before they saw character.
For many people, those obstacles become permanent barriers. For Noah, they became motivation.
Determined to change the trajectory of his life, he committed himself to entrepreneurship, business, and creating opportunities where traditional systems often refused to offer them. His entrepreneurial journey began with the launch of Lvled Up Real Estate LLC in 2020, where he built experience in housing, investing, and business development while gaining an even deeper understanding of the challenges facing people trying to rebuild their lives.
During that journey, one question kept coming back: Why wasn't there a platform built specifically for people who needed a second chance?
There was an Indeed for jobs. There was a Zillow for housing. But there wasn't a platform designed for the millions of Americans navigating criminal records, evictions, credit challenges, or difficult chapters in their lives while simply trying to move forward.
So Noah built one.
Launched on July 4, 2026, JETTI was created to connect people with employers, landlords, and opportunities willing to look beyond a person's past and focus on their potential.
The company's mission is rooted in a simple belief: your past may explain your story, but it should never write your ending.
