Tiers, limits & custom rates
How do tier changes work?+
JETTI reviews your active listings each billing cycle. When your active count crosses into a new tier, your next invoice is upgraded and prorated from the date you crossed the boundary. When your count drops back down, you are downgraded to the matching lower tier on the next invoice. You never pay the higher tier for days you did not use it.
What counts toward my unit or job limit?+
Only live, visible listings count. For employers, active jobs are open roles that candidates can see and apply to. For housing providers, active units are available rentals that seekers can view and request. Drafts, paused listings, closed jobs, rented units, expired posts and deleted listings never count and are never billed.
What happens if I hit my tier's limit?+
You can keep publishing, but once your active count exceeds the tier maximum you are automatically moved to the next tier on your next invoice. There are no hard caps, overage penalties or per-application fees. If you are approaching a boundary, the dashboard shows the projected tier before the invoice date.
How is proration calculated?+
We calculate the difference between your old plan and new plan and prorate it by the number of days remaining in the current billing period. For per-unit housing plans, the same daily proration applies to the number of active units. Flat employer plans are prorated as a single monthly amount.
Who qualifies for custom rates?+
Custom pricing is designed for organizations that need more than our published tiers: employers with 30 or more active jobs, housing providers with 100 or more active units, multi-location operators, workforce programs, property-management portfolios, and any organization that needs annual billing, dedicated onboarding, or a single point of contact.
How are custom rates set?+
After you submit the contact-sales form, our team reviews your expected listing volume, billing preferences and onboarding needs. We then create a custom pricing agreement with a negotiated flat or per-listing rate, a contract start date and a billing cycle. The agreement is synced to Stripe so invoicing, receipts and commission tracking happen automatically.
Can I switch from a custom rate back to a standard plan?+
Yes. Custom agreements can be ended from your billing settings or by contacting your representative. When a custom agreement ends, your account falls back to the standard tier that matches your current active listing count.
Is there a free trial?+
Standard plans start immediately and can be canceled anytime. Custom-pricing accounts may include a negotiated start date or trial period written into the agreement, which Stripe honors automatically.
What payment methods are accepted?+
All standard plans are billed by Stripe and accept major credit and debit cards. Custom-pricing accounts can also be set up for ACH or invoice billing depending on the agreement.
How do I cancel?+
Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your listings remain live until the end of the current billing period, then pause automatically. You can reactivate anytime without losing your profile or data.
Need a custom rate?
If your team runs more than 30 active jobs or 100 active units, we can build a tailored plan with dedicated onboarding and a single point of contact.
