Questions before you start
What counts as an “active” listing?+
Only listings visible to job seekers or renters right now. Drafts, paused, closed, filled, rented and expired listings never count and are never billed.
What happens when I outgrow my tier?+
Nothing breaks. When your active count crosses a tier boundary, JETTI moves you to the matching plan on your next invoice and prorates the difference. Downgrades work the same way in reverse.
Do you charge per application, per hire or per lease?+
No. There are no success fees, no per-application charges and no commission on a signed lease. Your monthly plan is the whole cost.
Can we negotiate for large portfolios?+
Yes. Organizations above 30 active jobs or 100 active units get custom pricing, a dedicated onboarding flow, and an assigned representative.
Is there a contract or setup fee?+
No setup fee and no annual lock-in. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel from your billing settings at any time.
